Common questions

Before you contact Argos.

What happens during the Discovery Call?

We discuss the business problem, people and systems, priorities, and likely next step. That could be a paid assessment, prototype, workflow implementation, or simpler option.

Is the Discovery Call a free assessment?

No. The call determines fit. Detailed workflow analysis, architecture, code review, assessments, prototypes, estimates based on detailed requirements, and implementation planning are paid work.

Is an appointment confirmed when I submit?

No. An Argos team member reviews the inquiry before scheduling. You receive meeting details only after a time is arranged.

What should we avoid sending?

Do not send credentials, customer records, source code, confidential system details, API keys, production logs, or sensitive architecture through the form or ordinary email.
